DEMONSTRATION INTERFACE ONLY. DRONESWARM.APP is a product concept demonstration. It does not provide operational control over any physical systems, platforms, or assets.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DRONESWARM.APP ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
DRONESWARM.APP is a demonstration interface for product concept evaluation. The Site provides:
- An interactive demonstration of swarm orchestration user interface concepts
- Simulated telemetry, asset data, and command execution
- Educational and evaluative content about swarm management concepts
Important: All data displayed on this Site is simulated. No real assets, systems, or operational capabilities are connected to or controlled by this interface.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site for:
- Evaluating the demonstrated product concepts
- Educational purposes related to swarm orchestration interfaces
- Technical assessment and review
- Research and development reference
4. Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Misrepresent this demonstration as an operational system
- Use the Site or its content to deceive others about actual capabilities
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
- Use any automated means to access the Site without permission
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Site's content without authorization
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
5. No Government Affiliation
DRONESWARM.APP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, military organization, or official body. Any terminology, visual design, or interface elements that may appear similar to government or military systems are used solely for demonstration purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and interface design, is the property of DRONESWARM.APP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:
- The Site will meet your requirements
- The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Any information provided is accurate or reliable
- The demonstrated concepts will be available as actual products
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRONESWARM.APP AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRONESWARM.APP and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
